Our Services
Your body has to last a lifetime.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
From chronic pain to acute injuries, musculoskeletal physiotherapy is about finding what’s driving your symptoms — not just treating them. We get to the cause and build a plan around it.

Dry Needling
A targeted technique using fine needles to release muscle tension and reduce pain at the source. Often used alongside hands-on treatment to accelerate your recovery.

Exercise Programming
Recovery doesn’t end in the clinic. We design structured exercise programs tailored to your injury, your goals, and your life. To help you build strength and stay out of the treatment room.

Post-operative Rehabilitation
Surgery is just the start. We guide you through every stage of recovery, from early-phase healing to full return to sport or daily life, with a clear timeline and milestones along the way.

Sport Specific Strength Programs
Built around your sport, your position, and your body. Whether you’re returning from injury or chasing peak performance, your program is designed to make you more durable and more capable.

Sports Physiotherapy
From weekend warriors to competitive athletes, we understand how sport loads the body. Setting out a plan early, hitting milestones and completing a return to play program is important to prevent reoccuring injuries.

Leap Physio Philosophy
Every pain and every injury, no matter how minor or how complex, needs a plan. Without one, recovery becomes guesswork, and guesswork leads to setbacks, compensation patterns, and injuries that keep coming back. At Leap Physio, every patient leaves with a clear understanding of what’s wrong, why it happened, and the exact steps to fix it.
Strength is at the core of everything we do. The evidence is clear that building and maintaining strength underpins better recovery, improved athletic performance, and healthy ageing. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or simply want to stay active for life, a stronger body is a more resilient one.
Your body has to last a lifetime. Let’s make sure it does.
Jarryd Edgar
Jarryd is a Perth-based physiotherapist who built his early career working with athletes in Sydney, including rugby, soccer, and Australian rules football players. That experience shaped a clinical approach grounded in sport, movement, and getting people back to doing what they love.
Jarryd has pursued additional training in dry needling and clinical pilates, and brings a genuine belief that strength training belongs at the centre of rehabilitation, not as an afterthought. That philosophy applies whether he’s working with a competitive athlete or someone managing a chronic condition.
